We have always had the best experience with Preferred! It started with our old central air unit needing service, the day before a major holiday. Very prompt service. Since the unit was so old, we had them bid a new unit on the house plus putting one in at the separate garage. Had the house unit installed and the garage one the next year. We have had nothing but great service! We just had them upgrade the house to 200 amp service while also having Alliant bury the wires to the house and garage. Everything went smooth and never a problem. In fact this was done earlier than when they expected to be able to do it.
